Years of Institutional Experience: 40+ years of continuous service in livestock genetic improvement and product processing, with direct predecessor institution history dating to the 1980s.
AI Services Coverage: Nationwide coverage through a network of AI centers and satellite stations spanning all regions of Ethiopia, with certified technicians in every zone.
Research Projects: 150+ completed and ongoing research projects spanning genetics, processing, nutrition, socioeconomics, and value chain development.
