Transparent, Fair, and Predictable Pricing for All LDI Services
LDI is authorized to charge fees for services rendered in accordance with Council of Ministers Regulation No. 506/2022, Article 5(14). A comprehensive and up-to-date schedule of all service fees and charges is publicly available for download on this page. LDI is committed to complete transparency in its fee structures — there are no hidden charges, no discretionary fees, and no undisclosed costs. Every service fee has been developed to reflect the actual cost of service delivery while maintaining affordability for the target beneficiaries of each program.
Fee schedules are reviewed annually and updated as necessary. Any changes to fees are announced at least 30 days in advance on this page and through LDI’s newsletter and SMS alert services. The most current approved fee schedule is always the version available for download here.
Semen Distribution
Frozen conventional semen per straw; sexed semen per straw
